Santa Cruz, CA – October 17, 2017 – Looker, the data platform company, was named as the leading Marketing Analytics provider in G2 Crowd’s most recent Grid for Marketing Analytics Software: Fall 2017. Download a free copy of the full report here.
According to the report: “Looker has been named a Leader based on receiving a high customer Satisfaction score and having a large Market Presence. Looker has the largest Market Presence among Marketing Analytics products. 96% of users rated it 4 or 5 stars. Users said they would be likely to recommend Looker at a rate of 90%."
“One of the greatest honors is when our customers recognize us a leader,” said Jen Grant, CMO of Looker. “Over the last year, we have focused heavily on ensuring that we integrate with the best marketing tools available to give marketing organizations a complete picture of their campaigns. We’re thrilled to know that our customers are realizing real benefits.”
“We rely on Looker to manage the performance of our marketing campaigns and to monitor key channels,” said Kevan Lee, Director of Marketing at leading social media management platform, Buffer. “Looker is the source of truth in our daily workflow for gathering insight into what's working: We share Looker data via Slack, we add it to reports and recaps, and we're able to take direct actions because of what we learn. Because of all this, I think it's a very well-deserved honor that G2 Crowd has identified them as a leader. We'd be lost without our Looker data."
“Looker has been identified as a Leader in our Fall 2017 Marketing Analytics Grid Report, based on their large market presence and high levels of customer satisfaction,” said Mitch Lieberman, director of research, G2 Crowd. “Looker’s satisfaction ratings were highlighted by ‘meets requirements’, ‘ease of admin’, ‘ease of doing business with’, and ‘ease of setup’, each scoring at or above the category average.”
The report also noted that one Looker reviewer shared, “The ease of use and implementation are unbelievably simple, and the Support team is above and beyond anything I've seen before. You can design dashboards and create datasets that are easily accessible and shareable within seconds."
The G2 Crowd parameters for inclusion in the report stated that a product must:
- Collect data on marketing campaigns distributed across a variety of media channels
- Monitor marketing campaigns and targeted audiences and identify the results
- Analyze the results and compile data of marketing campaigns
- Integrate with sales, marketing, and other analytics software through which users can source marketing data
- Visualize marketing campaign performance via an analytics dashboard or similar
